JAKARTA. Summer 2013 might be a joyous time for die-hard fans of British soccer club Arsenal in Indonesia, as the Gunners has revealed their plan to play a match in Jakarta. The Gunners announced on their official website www.arsenal.com that the first-team squad would play in Indonesia during the Asian pre-season tour. Arsenal last visited Indonesia in 1983. Arsenal chief executive Ivan Gazidis said that everyone in the club “is extremely excited to once again be visiting Asia and travelling to Indonesia for what will be the club’s first visit to the country in 30 years”.
