KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) has officially announced a dividend amounting to IDR 33.2 trillion from the 2023 profit performance. This means that the amount is equivalent to 68.4% of the 2023 net profit of IDR 48.6 trillion. Historically, the dividend ratio distributed by this Djarum Group-owned bank has increased year by year. In 2022, its dividend ratio was about 62.12% and in 2021, its dividend ratio was only about 49.02%. With a total final dividend value reaching IDR 33.2 trillion, this means that each shareholder will receive a dividend of about IDR 270 per share. This also increased from the previous year which was only IDR 205 per share.
The agreed final dividend amount also includes the interim dividend that was distributed at the end of 2023. Where, the interim dividend amount was IDR 5.2 trillion. This means that the remaining dividend to be paid is worth IDR 28.04 trillion in dividend distribution. This value is equivalent to a dividend of about IDR 227.5 per share. Meanwhile, funds amounting to IDR 486.39 billion from net profit will be used as reserve funds. In addition, the rest will be set as retained earnings by BCA.

Therefore, she said BCA will always strive to maintain business performance so that the dividends distributed continue to increase. “If credit grows, the dividend per share also grows.
