KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. Digital investment platform Bibit.id has been named the “Favourite Investment App” at the Indonesia Product Awards 2025, an event commemorating the 40th anniversary of one of Indonesia’s leading economic media outlets. Bibit outperformed four other finalists in the category.

The selection process for the award used a quantitative method involving more than 1,000 respondents from diverse regions and socioeconomic backgrounds. The evaluation was based on two main indicators , Top of Mind and Current Usage, reflecting both brand awareness and actual market utilization.

Bibit’s Head of PR & Corporate Communication, William, expressed appreciation for the recognition and thanked users for their continued trust. He stated that the company remains focused on promoting financial literacy and responsible investing among Indonesians.

According to William, collaboration with media partners plays a key role in raising awareness about legal and prudent investment practices to reduce exposure to fraudulent schemes and illegal financial activities.

Earlier this year, Bibit’s Corporate Communication team received the “PR Practitioners of the Year 2025” award at the Indonesia PR of the Year 2025 Awards. The latest recognition adds to the company’s list of achievements.

In 2024, Bibit won “WealthTech of the Year” at the Asia FinTech Awards 2024, surpassing several Singapore-based nominees. Bibit also received two awards from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia for its role as a Government Securities (SBN) distribution partner.

Founded in 2019, Bibit began as a mutual fund investment platform aimed at beginner investors and has since expanded to include multiple asset classes. The platform now offers investments in mutual funds, government securities in both primary and secondary markets — including ORI, SBR, ST, SR, FR, and Project-Based Sukuk — as well as stocks.

Bibit operates under the supervision of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and serves as a licensed Mutual Fund Selling Agent (APERD), Level II Marketing Partner of Securities Brokers, and an official distribution partner for Government Securities (SBN) appointed by the Ministry of Finance.
