One of the favorit areas is Bogor, West Java. Some developers have already set their sights to the area, which is located in the southern part of Jakarta. Understandably, before the infrastructure projects ran, Bogor has been connected to the adequate infrastructures, namely Jagorawi toll road and the commuter train line (KRL). According to the Director of Sales and Marketing of PT Megapolitan Development Tbk (EMDE), Desi Yuliana said that one of the attractive area for investors is Sentul, which is located around Bogor. She claimed that investors from Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi are attracted to buy properties in the area.
