Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) investigators seized money from the office of Religious Affairs Minister Lukman Hakim Saifuddin on Monday during a raid carried out in connection to a bribery case pertaining to botched job promotions at the ministry. “Investigators have seized rupiah and US dollars. We have yet to count the bills, but we estimate that the money amounts to around Rp 100 million,” KPK spokesperson Febri Diansyah told journalists on Monday. Graft busters searched several rooms at the offices of the ministry and the United Development Party (PPP) in Jakarta during the raid. Previously, the antigraft body named former PPP chairman M.
