JAKARTA. Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia will soon operate a mega distribution center worth US$ 63 million (Rp 819 billion) in Surabaya. As the most populous country in Southeast Asia, Indonesia has become one of Coca-Cola Amatil’s largest markets. It will be the fourth mega distribution center operated by the subsidiary of Australian-based Coca-Cola Amatil after the Cibitung, Medan and Semarang mega distribution centers. "The center will start operating in the fourth quarter of this year," President Director Kadir Gunduz said as quoted by Tempo.co on Friday after meeting with the industry minister in Jakarta.
