KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. Conglomerate Edwin Soeryadjaya reported the purchase of shares in PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk (SRTG). In a report to the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Tuesday (13/2), Edwin, who also doubles as the president commissioner of Saratoga, bought 3.68 million SRTG shares.

This amount is equivalent to 0.0272%  of the total outstanding shares. The purchase was made from February 5 to 3, 2024 with varying price fractions and amounts.

On February 5, 2024, Edwin bought 1.12 million SRTG shares for IDR 1,521 per share. The value of this purchase is IDR 1.70 billion.

Then, Edwin purchased on February 6, 2024, which was as many as 104,200 shares at a purchase price of IDR 1,525 per share. Edwin spent IDR 158.90 million on this purchase.

On February 7, 2024, Edwin bought 971,200 SRTG shares at IDR 1,524 per share. The value of this purchase reached IDR 1.48 billion.

The purchase continued on February 12, 2024. Edwin bought 1.03 million SRTG shares at a purchase price of IDR 1,547 per share. Edwin spent IDR 1.60 billion.

The last purchase was made on February 13, 2024. Edwin bought 449,900 shares at IDR 1,548 per share, with a purchase value of IDR 696.44 million.

If totaled, Edwin spent at least IDR 5.63 billion to buy 3.68 million Saratoga shares. This purchase is intended for investment with the status of direct and indirect share ownership.

After the purchase, Edwin's direct ownership of SRTG shares became 4.73 billion shares, or equivalent to 34.90%. Indirect ownership is as many as 2.22 billion shares or equivalent to 16.41%.
