KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. Dexa Group through its subsidiary, Glorious Dexa Mandaya Philippines has formed a strategic alliance with Ayala Healthcare Holdings, Inc (AC Health) to enhance the availability of quality and affordable medicines for Filipinos.

The partnership will focus on distributing Dexa Group’s affordable medicines and healthcare products, leveraging AC Health’s integrated ecosystem, which includes over 800 Generika and St. Joseph Drug pharmacies, more than 220 clinics, six hospitals under the Healthway Medical Network, and IE Medica, an import and distribution unit that supports the introduction of relevant new therapeutic solutions to the Philippine market.

The agreement also includes the establishment of a joint committee and the exploration of long-term collaborations in distribution, wholesale, and healthcare innovation across the country.
