KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. The Director of PT MAP Active Adiperkasa Tbk (MAPA) Sjeniwati Gusman has reduced her share ownership as of January 26, 2024.

In accordance with Article 2 of OJK Regulation No. 1 1/POJK.04/2017 concerning Ownership Reports or Any Changes in Share Ownership of Public Companies, Sjeniwati reported on the change in her share ownership, she has sold as many as 65,000 MAPA shares at a price of Rp 1,000 per share.

"There has been a change in my share ownership in MAP Active Adiperkasa," said Sjeniwati in her official statement, Monday (5/2).

Before the transaction, the number of shares owned by Sjeniwati was 695,600 shares equivalent to 0.0024% of the total capital placed and deposited by the company. 

After the sale, the total share ownership of Sjeniwati Gusman in MAPA decreased to 630,600 shares or equivalent to 0.0022% of the total capital placed and deposited by the company.

As for Sjeniwati, she stated that the purpose of the transaction was divestment with direct share ownership.
