PSSI has taken the initiative to conduct an open tender for broadcasting rights involving several private media (broadcasters) for the management of broadcasting rights for the Indonesian national team matches and domestic competition matches at the grassroots amateur level, youth to women's football. To build professional, transparent, and accountable Indonesian football, PSSI officially announced the winner of the tender for the management of broadcasting rights for the Indonesian national team matches and PSSI domestic competition matches (outside of League 1 and League 2). PSSI appointed PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi, Tbk (EMTK) through PT Surya Citra Media, Tbk (SCMA) as the winner of the Broadcasting Rights (Media Rights) tender for 2024.
The value of the cooperation reached IDR 75 billion. This value is higher compared to the broadcasting rights value in 2023 which was IDR 56 billion.

One of them is the added value in the form of special programs and content that are beneficial to the community offered by the winner of this tender," explained PSSI Chairman Erick Thohir as quoted from the PSSI website.
"We are not only focused on the value and matches of the Indonesian national team, but we also look at other things offered by the tender participants that can add value to the overall management of matches at PSSI." "For the first time, Indonesian football lovers can see how young Indonesian talents from 38 provinces in Indonesia compete in the Soeratin Cup U-13, 15, and U-17. Also for the first time, football lovers will be treated to women's football matches and also the best amateur league matches in League 3," added Erick.

Transparency in determining PSSI's business partners is a principle that Erick continues to apply. Previously, PSSI also appointed a new national team jersey partner through a transparent tender process.
