FIF's Profit Rises 29.4% in the Year 2023 to Rp 4.1 Trillion



KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT Federal International Finance (FIF Group) has announced the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) for the fiscal year 2023 on Friday (19/4).

In the meeting, FIF presented its financial performance for the fiscal year 2023. The company reported a net profit of IDR 4.1 trillion for the year 2023, marking a growth of 29.4% year-on-year (YoY) compared to IDR 3.2 trillion in 2022.

Furthermore, FIF also announced a financing disbursement in 2023 amounting to IDR 42.3 trillion, an increase of 20.7% YoY compared to IDR 35.1 trillion in 2022.

The company's Non-Performing Finance (NPF) in 2023 stood at 0.98%. According to the Financial Services Authority (OJK), this NPF value places the company in the classification of a very healthy financing company.

The AGM also announced the appointment of Thomas Junaidi Alim Wijaya as Commissioner, replacing Johannes Loman. Meanwhile, Margono Tanuwijaya, who previously served as President Director, was replaced by Siswadi.

This change comes as Margono Tanuwijaya's term has ended and he has entered retirement. Siswadi's track record includes serving as President Director of PT Astra Sedaya Finance and Chief Executive Officer of Astra Credit Companies.
