KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. The IDX Composite Index (IHSG) closed down 4.20 points or 0.06% to 7,311.90 at the end of trading on Friday (1/3).

A total of 231 stocks rose, 285 stocks fell, and 242 stocks were stagnant.

Eight sectoral indices strengthened, while three sectoral indices slipped into the red zone.

The sectoral index with the largest increase was the infrastructure sector, which rose 0.67%, the property sector rose 0.50%, and the primary consumer goods sector rose 0.35%.

Meanwhile, the weakening sectoral indices were the technology sector, which fell 0.77%, the transportation sector fell 0.73%, and the financial sector fell 0.57%.

The total trading volume of shares on the exchange today reached 15.31 billion shares with a total value of IDR 10.35 trillion.
