IDX Composite Index Weakens 0.17% to 7,316 on Thursday (29/2)



KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. The IDX Composite Index (IHSG) closed down 12.52 points or 0.17% to the level of 7,316.11 at the end of trading on Thursday (29/2).

As many as 239 stocks rose, 292 stocks fell, and 232 stocks were stagnant.

Only three sectoral indices survived to the green zone. Meanwhile, eight other sectoral indices weakened, following the weakening of the IHSG.


The sectoral indices that managed to strengthen are the raw material sector which rose 1.37%, the infrastructure sector rose 0.58%, and the primary consumer goods sector which rose 0.06%.

Meanwhile, the sectoral indices with the deepest weakening are the technology sector which fell 1.90%, the property sector fell 0.75%, and the non-primary consumer goods sector which fell 0.53%.

The total volume of stock trading on the exchange today reached 29.17 billion shares with a total value of Rp 15.66 trillion.
