KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. The IDX Composite Index (IHSG) closed up 43.31 points or 0.59% to 7,328.63 at the end of trading on Wednesday (28/2).

As many as 260 stocks rose, 267 stocks fell, and 246 stocks were stagnant.

Seven sectoral indices strengthened, supporting the rise of the IHSG. Meanwhile, four other sectoral indices entered the red zone.

The sectoral index with the largest increase was the primary consumer goods sector, which rose 1.09%, the infrastructure sector rose 0.72%, and the financial sector rose 0.54%.

Meanwhile, the sectoral index with the deepest weakening was the technology sector, which fell 1.99%, the health sector fell 0.77%, and the non-primary consumer goods sector fell 0.16%.

The total volume of stock trading on the exchange today reached 24.79 billion shares with a total value of IDR 10.43 trillion.
