IDX Composite rose 0.92% to the end of trading Tuesday (26/3)



KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA.  The IDX Composite at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) rose in trading on Tuesday (26/3). IDX Composite closed up 58.75 points or 0.92% to 6,470.

All stock sectors rose, with the highest increase in the basic industry sector stock index by 1.81%. The manufacturing sector index rose 1.34%, the consumer goods sector index rose 1.20%.

The miscellaneous industry sector stock index rose 0.99%, and the financial sector rose 0.89%. The infrastructure sector stock index and mining sector also rose 0.54% and 0.49%.


The total transaction volume at the Indonesia Stock Exchange reached 13.59 billion shares with a transaction value of Rp 7.02 trillion.

A total of 230 price shares rose. But, there are still 169 shares whose prices have dropped, and 138 shares have not changed.

Today's LQ45 shares are the top gainers:

1. PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA, member of Kompas100 index) 6.22% 2. PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON, member of Kompas100 index) 5.19% 3. PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL, member of Kompas100 index) 4.26%

LQ45 shares are the top losers:

1. PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (SCMA, member of Kompas100 index) -2.05% 2. PT Matahari Department Store Tbk (LPPF, member of Kompas100 index) -1.75% 3. PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (MNCN, member of Kompas100 index) -1.33%

Foreign investors posted net purchases of Rp 338.63 billion in all markets. Shares with the most significant net foreign purchases; PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BBRI, member of Kompas100 index) Rp. 274.9 billion, PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF, member of Kompas100 index) Rp. 61.6 billion, and PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (TLKM, member of Kompas100 index) R. 50.3 billion.

Shares with the most significant foreign net sales; Rp 66.1 billion in LPPF, Rp 42.5 billion in PT Astra International Tbk (ASII, member of Kompas100 index), and Rp 25 billion in PT Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk (INKP, member of Kompas100 index).
