IDX Composite Strengthens by 0.38% to 7,409 in the First Session on Wednesday (13/3)



KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. The IDX Composite Index (IHSG) closed up 28.80 points or 0.38% to 7,409.71 at the end of the first trading session today, Wednesday (13/3).

As many as 219 stocks rose, 306 stocks fell and 238 stocks were stagnant.

Six sectoral indices strengthened, supporting the rise of the IHSG. Meanwhile, five other sectoral indices entered the red zone.


The sectoral index with the largest increase is the raw material sector which rose 1.21%, the health sector rose 1.02% and the non-primary consumer goods sector which rose 0.55%.

Meanwhile, the sectoral index with the deepest weakening is the technology sector which fell 1.01%, the energy sector fell 0.61% and the industrial sector which fell 0.60%.

The total volume of stock trading on the exchange until the first session today reached 10.85 billion shares with a total value of Rp 13.98 trillion.

The top gainers of LQ45 until the first session today are:

1. PT Harum Energy Tbk (HRUM) (6.18%) 2. PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BRIS) (5.77%) 3. PT ESSA Industries Indonesia Tbk (ESSA) (5.56%)

The top losers of LQ45 until the first session today are:

1. PT Bukalapak.com Tbk (BUKA) (-3.25%) 2. PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (SMGR) (-2.54%) 3. PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) (-2.41%)
