KONTAN.CO.ID - Finance Minister Sri Mulyani has said the government will keep the country’s debt-to-GDP ratio below 30 percent, far lower than the legal threshold set at 60 percent. “We will maintain the debt level below 30 percent, far lower than the 60 percent stipulated in the law,” Sri Mulyani said in Jakarta on Monday during a hearing with members of House of Representatives Commission XI, which oversees financial affairs. The minister was referring to the State Finance Law issued in 2003.
