KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT) is preparing to pay off bonds and sukuk that will mature in the near future.

In a disclosure of information at the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Monday (12/2), Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of ISAT, Reski Damayanti, stated that ISAT has prepared funds to pay off the principal of the bonds and sukuk.

The bonds and sukuk in question are the Continuous Bonds III Indosat Phase I Year 2019 Series C amounting to IDR 185 billion, and the principal of the Continuous Ijarah Sukuk III Indosat Phase I Year 2019 Series C amounting to IDR 29 billion.

These bonds and sukuk will mature on March 5, 2024.

The Continuous Bonds III Indosat Phase I Year 2019 Series C have an interest rate of 9.75%, while the Continuous Ijarah Sukuk III Indosat Phase I Year 2019 Series C have a yield of 9.75%.

These bonds and sukuk are part of the issuance of the Continuous Bonds III Indosat Phase I Year 2019 with a bond principal of up to IDR 1.5 trillion, and the issuance of the Continuous Ijarah Sukuk III Indosat Phase I Year 2019 with an emission value of IDR 500 billion.
