JAKARTA. The data of thousands of civil servants working for the Jakarta administration has not been updated in the electronic data collection system ( E-PUPNS ), leading the National Civil Service Agency ( BKN ) to suspect that there are a lot of fictitious employees in the administration, a city official has said. Previously, BKN head Bima Haria Wibisana said there were 57,724 mysterious civil servants across the country. The number consisted of civil servants from ministries and regional administrations. Jakarta Employment Agency ( BKD ) head Agus Suradika, however, said there were no such mysteries, as the truth was that the data of 1,848 civil servants had not been updated in the E-PUPNS.
