Officially Listed on the IDX Today, Ancara Logistics (ALII) Shares Rise by 0.74%



KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT Ancara Logistics Indonesia Tbk (ALII) is officially listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), today (7/2). In its first trading, until 09:01 WIB, ALII shares rose 0.74% to a price position of Rp 274 per share.

The company, which is affiliated with the Bakrie Group, offered as many as 3.16 billion shares in the initial public offering (IPO) with a public offering price of 272 per share.

This amount is equivalent to 20% of the fully paid and placed capital after the IPO. As many as 0.94% of the shares offered in the IPO or as many as 8 million shares were allocated by Ancara Logistics to hold the Employee Share Allocation program.

ALII's President Director Faisal Mohamad Nur said the Company was able to collect Rp 860.9 billion from the IPO.

PT Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia and PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia acted as the guarantor of the securities issuance and the guarantor of the securities issuance.

Faisal explained the IPO proceeds will be used by Ancara Logistics for three main purposes.

First, 75.00% will be used to provide loans to the Subsidiary, namely Mahakam Coal Terminal, which will later be used for partial payment or repayment of principal debt. 

Second, about 21.44% of the funds will be allocated for the acquisition of 15 new river barge ships.

“The rest will be used for ALII's working capital,” he said in the ALII IPO, on Wednesday (7/2).

Just so you know, ALII's affiliation with the Bakrie conglomerate is shown by one of the Company's shareholders, namely Aninditha Anestya Bakrie. She is recorded as holding 383.29 million ALII shares. 

Aninditha is the daughter of the heir to the Bakrie conglomerate, namely Aburizal Bakrie. Aninditha also serves as a commissioner at Ancara Logistics.
