JAKARTA. The police have identified Sugianto Sabran, a member of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P), as the man who reported deputy chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Bambang Widjojantowas for inciting perjury on Jan. 15, 2014. National Police Spokesman Sr. Comr. Rikwanto said on Friday that Sugianto reported Bambang to the Detective Corps in connection with false testimony in a hearing at the Constitutional Court in July, 2010. Bambang was arrested in Depok, West Java, on Friday morning and held for questioning as the police investigated the case.
