KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA.  Electric vehicle companies must struggle hard to boost sales. Therefore, United Bike bicycle manufacturers and United E-Motor electric motorcycles are taking various measures. 

The Director of PT Terang Dunia Internusa Tbk, Andrew Mulyadi said, one of the development steps of United E-Motor is by preparing the latest model in 2024. "We have prepared several types of the latest electric motorcycles that are expected to meet the increasing demand of the community over time. Some of them have been introduced at a gathering event a while ago," explained Andrew, in his statement, Saturday (3/2). 

The company will also expand its distribution network. "Distributors and dealers who will become the purchasing center and service center of United E-Motor will continue to increase in number, and the locations will also increase," he added. 

With a variety of strategies prepared for United E-Motor electric motorcycles, the company does not neglect the development of United Bike bicycles that have been the core business for over 30 years. "United Bike is still on our radar. The demand for electric bicycles or e-mopeds is still increasing," said Andrew.

PT Terang Dunia Internusa Tbk with the stock code UNTD will soon be listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The company will conduct an initial public offering to the public on February 1 - 5, 2024. UNTD shares are expected to be listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on February 7, 2024.

UNTD has set the initial public offering (IPO) price at IDR 240 per share. The plan is, Terang Dunia Internusa will offer 1.66 billion shares in this corporate action. The IPO price is the upper limit of the initial offer or bookbuilding that UNTD has previously held. UNT plans to raise funds up to IDR 400 billion at the highest price range.
