Reportedly, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government requested DLTA prices with price to book value (PBV) of 5 times, from the current one of 4.5 times. If done, San Miguel will own 85% of DLTA's shares. Based on RTI data, currently, San Miguel shares in DLTA are 467.06 million shares, equivalent to 58.33% of the issued and paid-up capital.
