Sarana Mitra Luas (SMIL) Revenue Soars 55.2% in Q1-2024

KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT Sarana Mitra Luas Tbk (SMIL) has reported a revenue of IDR 97.5 billion, marking a 55.2% annual increase in the first quarter of 2024. In the same period in 2023, SMIL's revenue was IDR 62.8 billion.

The company's CEO, Hadi Suhermin, attributes this performance to the growing momentum of the manufacturing industry in Indonesia, which is currently in an expansion phase.

At present, SMIL boasts a fleet of 1,530 electric forklifts, representing about 40% of SMIL's total fleet, a number that is set to increase. The company aims to boost the proportion of electric fleets to 70% to enhance overall company performance.

After ending 2023 with remarkable achievements, SMIL aims to continue moving forward with relentless innovation.
