Sejahteraraya Anugrahjaya (SRAJ) Records Profit of IDR 4.7 Billion in Q1-2024



KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT Sejahteraraya Anugrahjaya Tbk (SRAJ), a hospital issuer, has successfully rebounded in the first quarter of 2024.

According to financial reports on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) website, SRAJ recorded a net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 4.74 billion in the first quarter of 2024. This successful rebound in the first quarter of 2024 comes after a loss of IDR 13.85 billion in the first quarter of 2023.

The bottom-line turnaround of the owner of Mayapada Hospital was supported by an increase in revenue. SRAJ garnered revenue of IDR 746.1 billion in the first quarter of 2024, a 27.4% annual increase. In contrast, in the first quarter of 2023, SRAJ had revenue of IDR 541.6 billion.

In line with this, SRAJ also recorded an increase in the cost of goods sold to IDR 539.4 billion. This figure is up 26.7% compared to the same period in 2023, which was IDR 394.9 billion. SRAJ's gross profit in the first quarter of 2024 reached IDR 206.6 billion, an annual increase of 40.86%.

At the end of the first quarter of 2024, SRAJ's total assets increased slightly by 0.17% year to date to IDR 5.61 trillion. Similarly, the total liabilities also saw a slight increase to IDR 3.75 trillion. Meanwhile, SRAJ's equity in the first quarter of 2024 stood at IDR 5.61 trillion, a 0.17% increase compared to the end of 2023.
