The State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) Ministry has given the green light to state-owned airport operator PT Angkasa Pura II (AP II) to take over 25 percent of shares worth Rp 600 billion (US$42,739,500) in PT Bandara Internasional Jawa Barat (BIJB). BIJB is the current operator of Kertajati International Airport in Majalengka, West Java. The majority shareholder of the airport is the West Java administration, with minor shareholders including province-owned company PT Jasa Sarana.
