KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. The Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) has disbursed additional state capital participation (PMN) to several State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) with a total of around IDR 37.28 trillion. The disbursement of this PMN is in line with the issuance of several Government Regulations (PP) related to the additional PMN. The Director of Separated State Wealth of the Directorate General of State Wealth (DJKN) Kemenkeu, Meirijal Nur, stated that all additional PMN for BUMN had been disbursed by the end of 2023.
“All cash PMN listed in the PP has been disbursed until the end of 2023,” Meirijal told Kontan.co.id, Thursday (4/1). Some of these PMN include,
first, additional PMN to PT Hutama Karya worth IDR 28.88 trillion based on PP Number 55 of 2023. The additional PMN will be used to improve the capital structure and increase Hutama Karya's business capacity in order to continue the implementation of the acceleration of toll road development in Sumatra.
Second, additional PMN to PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (SMF) worth IDR 1.53 trillion based on PP Number 56 of 2023. The additional PMN will be used, among other things, to improve the capital structure and increase SMF's business capacity in order to build and develop the secondary housing finance market.
Third, additional PMN to PT Aviasi Pariwisata Indonesia worth IDR 798.81 billion. This is stipulated in PP Number 57 of 2023. This injection aims to improve the capital structure and increase the company's business capacity. The additional PMN comes from the transfer of state-owned goods (BMN) at the Ministry of Transportation at Kertajati Airport, West Java, which was sourced from the 2014, 2015, and 2017 state budget.
Fourth, additional PMN to PT Brantas Abipraya worth IDR 211.98 billion based on PP Number 59 of 2023. This additional PMN comes from the transfer of BMN at the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, which was sourced from the 1973/1974 and 1975/1976 fiscal year budget. Fifth, additional PMN to PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia worth IDR 3 trillion sourced from the 2023 state budget. This is stipulated in PP Number 60 of 2023.
"The additional PMN as referred to (...) is then fully continued as an increase in the capital participation of the Company (Persero) PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia into the capital stock of PT Asuransi Jiwa IFG," reads PP 60/2023.
Sixth, Jokowi approved the PMN injection to Perum Lembaga Penyelenggara Pelayanan Navigasi Penerbangan Indonesia worth IDR 659.19 billion. In PP Number 61 of 2023, the injection aims to improve the capital structure and increase the company's business capacity. Seventh, PT LEN Industri also got Jokowi's approval to receive additional PMN worth IDR 1.75 trillion sourced from the 2023 state budget. This is stipulated in PP Number 62 of 2023. Meanwhile, in PP Number 63 of 2023, PT LEN Industri also received additional PMN worth IDR 456.25 billion sourced from the 2023 state budget through the conversion of the principal state receivables in the form of Subsidiary Loan Agreement (SLA) and Investment Fund Account (RDI).
