JAKARTA. Several bankers expect that number of undisbursed loans will shrink during the fourth quarter of 2016, due to the economic growth improvement and positive impacts of tax amnesty program. According to President Director of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) Jahja Setiaatmadja, undisbursed loan decreased due to the massive credit withdrawals during Iedul Fitri festival. As of the end of August 2016, BCA’s undisbursed loan sligthly increased by 1.58% to Rp 163.6 trillion. Vice President Director of BCA Armand Hartono predicted that the demands for investment credit and working capital will increase during the fourth quarter of 2016, thanks to tax amnesty.
