EXCL) is preparing a capital expenditure (capex) of IDR 8 Trillion. Head of External Communications PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL) Henry Wijayanto said the majority of capex is used to support the development of data service business networks and convergence, including for IT. He stated, that this year the focus of EXCL's expansion plan is to increase and expand the penetration of Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) business in the community.

Based on the financial report, EXCL's revenue grew by 10.91% to IDR 32.32 trillion last year. Meanwhile, in 2022, XL Axiata earned revenue of IDR 29.14 trillion. EXCL's net profit also soared by 14.57% or increased to IDR 1.27 trillion in 2023 compared to the previous year of IDR 1.10 trillion.

Seeing the positive revenue performance last year, Henry said this year EXCL is targeting revenue to grow in the high single digits.
"In 2024, we will continue to push and increase convergence service business, continue the development of network infrastructure both in Java and outside Java, and improve a better customer experience, namely digitization, personalization, and so on," he said.

First, EXCL continues to increase the offer of convergence focused on two segments, namely family and business. Second, they will also continue to develop network infrastructure to support better service quality. "Third, customer satisfaction remains one of our main focuses as something that distinguishes us from other operators," he concluded.
