Telecommunication issuer, PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL) projects that service traffic will increase in the range of 10%–20% compared to regular days during the extended Eid holiday period. "XL Axiata's traffic has gradually increased by an average of up to 5% throughout Ramadan compared to traffic on regular days," he said in an official statement, Wednesday (30/3). Gede said that in addition to increasing capacity, the anticipatory steps taken by XL Axiata include network optimization by looking at the possible movement of community or customer mobility during the Eid holiday period. "To ensure XL Axiata's network's ability to serve the surge in traffic later, we still increase the capacity 2 times–3 times the normal day," Gede explained.
